Smart Spaces & Remote Workplaces

Picture this, as you approach your office building, the doors open automatically with a warm voice to greet you by name and to confirm that all your devices have successfully synced. After your voice assistant relays your morning schedule, on your way to get coffee, you request to connect to the video conference meeting. Later, you have an appointment, yet you just received a contract to review and the final version is due before the end of the day, but you aren’t stressed because your mobile devices and trusted apps will allow you to edit and return before the deadline.

While this scenario may seem futuristic, with the advances in artificial intelligence, quantum computing, mobile devices, and cloud and voice recognition software, the traditional law office with its 8-5 workweek will soon undergo yet another drastic change. To stay competitive, you’ll need to prepare by creating flexible schedules, remote work arrangements, and design smart, collaborative, mobile workspace to engage and retain employees. In this session, we will show you the technology that is available to us today to help us begin our transformation.

Please join us as our own Austin Chapter members, Karie Rivkin and Holly Pulido, present exciting information on this very important topic!
